Right i put my new web cam on and it is still coming back up blanc does anyone have any ideas i can use?

i too cannot get my cam 2 work even trie drelaoding new drivers ..annoying isnt it

but it works in messenger ***

mine just looks really weird like there is a box in front of my image or cuts almost...i look scary and hate it lol so im not gonna use mine sorry... I take it its broken?
