why can i still not get on chat keeps saying i am banned when i havent done anything wrong please can you sort it out please

It only appears that you are banned sometimes. Try getting all the way out of woc and reentering to chats.

Hi there ive tried to log on but message box appears saying ive been banned?
could you please advise because i dont know why ive been banned?
