Hi guys

Ive noticed some of you are having problems with the cams, there are a few things you can do to resolve this.

1) try closing the room and reloading
2) Make sure you have flashplayer 10 installed on your pc, if you dont then download it, just type flash player 10 download into google, install it and restart your pc
3) Close the chat rooms, and remove all your temp files and cookies, there is a video here telling you how to do this if you dont know how, click the link below

Once you have done this restart your pc and try again

Let me know if your still having problems after trying all these, please make sure you try your cam on something else to make sure it is working before you do so though.
