got to agree with miss on this one, i have seen in the past people being let off for swearing and constant pming but as soon as a reg gets fed up and tells the person involved they get told to use ignore or close pms. that aint the answer the annoying party should be pmed by an host and pulled up about his/her constant nagging of certain people. and miss sounds like she's refering to hearing people talking when the music room took off, there were a few people who heard these two girls chatting over the mic and it was clearly heard in the room even when u had ur cam off and the swearing was well over the top, and they were never pulled up for it.from past experience there does see to be more people in woc now who canstantly annoy other users and dont listen when told to back off.

As far as the issue of people pming, there isnt much hosts can do about that, because in the past people have lied about people pming them in the past to get people warned or kicked out for no reason, which is why people are told to just iggy them.

The same goes for the mics, the mics dont auto stream anymore anyhow, so if someones swearing dont listen to their mic, simple as that.

As far as swearing goes, there are no rules on swearing, however if we see people abusing others thats different, what you have to realise is we cant be everywhere all of the time.

You have the right to conplain thats not a problem and wont get you banned, but you have to realise there are ways to complain too and you have to put urselfs in the hosts position sometimes.

I do pm ppl when i receive complaints about them and have a word however as its in pm then other ppl dont see it and probs dont realise i am doing it

Like Shazza i dont use the music room , so can't comment on the mics.
But like mr woc explained about pm's '' people in the past do like to tell the odd porkies just to get the hosts to react by muting or booting.
Hence the iggy button is an opption for all users.
And as for bad language , when i joined here a few years ago now , i will always remember The Lady In Red [Tara ] saying who wants to see words like that scrolling up the screen , and i do agree with her.
I only ever visited another chat room b4 i found woc , and was disgusted by what i seen going up that screen. Just glad i found wocs next lol.
And when i was a guest then a reg , i found jazzy and shazza really helpfull , always felt safe when they were around.
And Can't Fault Admin they do a great job at providing us this Fantastic Chatsite and community.

I wish we could be here 24/7 to stop annoying ppl but we cant, we have lives to live too,
we do pull ppl up for been annoying to others or remove them if there very bad, as for the music room i wasnt there to sort them.
I dont just sort some1 on the word of others no more as too many ppl tell us lies to get others removed for nothing, we do try our best... were only human too

I never realised Woc was political! The things you learn........ I am not completely sure that I understand the automatic mic stuff. Maybe stick to rooms where you can't hear anyone? (Are there rooms where you can hear people?!) Oh, and I guess there is always the 'close' button if it gets really annoying. (If I understood what was annoying in the first place, lol!)
