Dealing with problems on World of Chat

Hi guys

If anyone is having problems in the chat rooms with any part of the site, please post on the forums, or if you see someone asking for help within the chat room, please tell them to post on here.

Its now very difficult to pass information clearly over the chat room as we have slowly got busier, also we spend a lot of time answering questions in the room, and then people dont even use this information.

Which is a complete waste of time for everyone !

Also the information on the forums is shared, so a problem someone posts might well help others who read it too.

I am hoping to do some kind of help for web cam users over the next few months and add this to the forums.
