Membership ratings?

With no offence to anyone but after being offline for about 3wks i noticed that my membership status went from junior to member(happy days) but some other ppl that had joined after me have progressed to senior member status ?? its a small point maybe even sad but was just wondering how it works. Im irish you see easily confused.

You become a senior member after you post a certain number of posts.... 100 or 1000 - can't remember which lol
