What Is A Chat Room ?

I know there are some people out there wondering what a Chat Room is, well i have tryed my best to define it clearly.
A chat room is a virtual area online, where people can meet and chat in the form of keyboard typed coversations, the coversation is live and usually takes part in a space online, that is called a room, this room is usually full of other people all talking at the same time.
Once you type a line of coversation and enter your line of text, the whole of the people within the room can see what you have wrote.
Getting into a chat room is easy, find a website on the internet that has a chat room, usually you are asked for a unique user name on logging into the chat room, some chat rooms will ask you to register your details with them before you can enter a chat room, but a lot of chat rooms let you enter as a guest to try the room first.
