Chat Room Stalkers

Hi guys
I just thought I would post once more, to say that chat rooms stalking is not going to be tollerated.
If people login to the room and log straight out consistantly, this is considered stalking, it doesnt take any effort to speak for a few mins.
I have wanted a few people about this, these people have choosen to ignore me, so they will be banned, simple as that.
These kind of people spoil it for everyone, picking and choosing the rules to suit themselves, we are trying to make a safe chat room.
