Chat Room - The Art of Speach

For a chat room there is an awful of people that enter the chat room that don’t actually say anything, I find this most confusing, why enter the chat room in the first place, if you don’t actually want to talk.
It would be helpful if you could contribute when you enter the chat room, it really spoils the experience if people are logging in and out, or logging in and then going idle.
Its not a waiting room or a room for you to check if your friends are online, so please don’t treat woc this !
