- If you are still having problems then you need to download the latest version of java from here
- If you still have no luck then, we do have an alternative way of receiving private messages on world of chat, once you in the chat room if you click on options at the top and then on the screen that appears take the tick out of the box that says open private window in browser, this will give you your private messages in flash format.
